FAQ
Direct answers, before the sales call.
Questions about remediation, evidence, scope, and what we will not promise.
Isn’t there a widget that does this?
Overlays sit on top of a storefront. They do not correct every source-level barrier a keyboard or screen-reader user encounters. Tabstop changes the code underneath and documents the work.
Will this remove all legal risk?
No. Nothing can promise that. We remediate real barriers and give you a dated record of the work. Tabstop is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
How long does a Sprint take?
Three weeks for a standard storefront: audit in week one, remediation in weeks two and three, followed by validation, retest, and documentation.
Will you break my live storefront?
Changes are delivered through a pull request or duplicate staging theme. Nothing goes live until you review and approve it.
Do I need a developer?
No. We can work from staged theme access. If you have a developer, they can review and merge the changes.
What does WCAG 2.2 AA mean here?
It is the technical target used to structure the audit and remediation. The actual output is a documented record of the work performed and validation undertaken.
Why use paid disabled testers?
Because automated tools do not find every barrier. A person who uses assistive technology can validate whether critical storefront flows work in practice.
Can an agency resell this?
Yes. Agency Partner delivery starts from $1,900 per site at wholesale, with client-facing materials and an optional co-branded Evidence File.
